Whilst in my role at UK Flooring Direct I helped generated revenue from the existing channels of Organic, Paid and Email. The website was hit by a Google link penalty prior to me starting so this was the first thing that I removed, as previously the Organic was the main channel for traffic. Due to the penalty there was a heavy reliance on Paid which I helped improve the ROI. I also redeveloped the website using Magento and a new server architecture to support the growth of the website. I helped build an in-house digital team to aid all channels including the integration of the website and CRM (Netsuite) system.
